You didn't specify what (surname etc) you are looking for so I don't know if this will help.
Go to ma-vitalrecords.org - on the opening page, click town, then choose Haverhill from the next page. It will bring you to the Haverhill Births/Marriages/Deaths page by surname. There you can search for individuals by surnames.
Those will a designation GR9 - are recorded from Hilldale Cemetery GR8 - Hillside Cemetery. (Click the abbreviations section at the top of the Haverhill page for this info).
Don't only check the deaths - as some of the records such as births - were recorded from the gravestones and not a town record.
