I apologize if you've already found all these sites. Two seem to have contacts for other Worcester/Wooster/Worster etc. descendants. You must have TONS of cousins out there.

This site has information on Rev William Worcester –as the first minister at Salisbury - and lists his wives as Sarah Pickering and Rebecca Suayne.
Other sources list Wm’s wife Sarah as Sarah Blake/Sarah Blake Brown dau of Samuel Brown and the only maiden name for Timothy’s wife (Susannah) that was found was ___ Williams.
The Boston, Births, Baptisms, Marriages and Deaths 1630-1699 (City Document 130) only lists William Wooster/Worcester with a wife Constance (appears by the dates to be William’s son and Timothy’s brother.
