Hi Laura - you have so little info for anyone to go on but I figured I'd just check a few things and see what came up. From your post I got the idea that Harold was from Canada but traveled to Massachusetts a lot. So I tried doing a census for 1930 just guessing Harold was born about 1898 in Canada.
I got a Harold Pinkney age 29 born in Ma - his father born in France, mother born in New York
He had a wife named Ann age 25 born in Ma - her father born in Germany, mother born in Russia.
They were living on Commonwealth Ave in Boston, Ma.
They had only been married for three years.
Now that didn't fit with your saying that Annie was born in N S so I checked for a birth for Ann in Ma
Found: Annie Gertrude Muise - born Nov 16, 1908 (vol 577 pg 318) f) George, a baker, born N S - m) Melanie, born N S
I could not find any record of birth for Harold.
These might be two different families as so much info is not the same as far as birth places, Annies middle name, etc. Do you have anything on either of these people that could be followed up? Lily
