I am in need of the following Probate record ..... This person died in Worcester Massachusetts

1876 RODMAN Joshua Worcester Administration Case # 51014

Massachusetts document Center charges $45.00 ...I just cant afford this ridiculos price.......

Where else could this record be found??? Perhaps in Town Hall?? and if so what are the Policy for researchin Worcester Town Hall Records???
