Hi Elaine, I am not related, but I did find her birth record:

Boston Births 1913

Louise Frances MOORE b. May 3, 1913, daughter of Edwin MOORE b. Boston (ca 1888) and Katheryn AVELLAR b. Provincetown (ca 1890), residence 16 Norfolk Ter., occupation of father - cigar salesman.
