Searching for Marriage Record - 1937

I've never done research in MA before so am not sure how/where mariage records are maintained in that state.

I am searching for a marriage record for Stuart Dudley Mjir, Jr. (b.1-16-1907) in Dorchester MA and Ruth Elizabeth/Elisbeth Brown (b.11-15-1914 Somerville, MA).

There son was born in 2-1937 so it is estimated they were born circa June 1936, but it could have been earlier or later.

Would like to verify when/where they were married, believed to have been in Middleses County.
