How sad this is, Oregon only charged .25 plus postage up to a couple of years ago and now charge $5.00 per copy to mail them. I guess I'm used to our charges out here.
What would I need to do with a microfilm of the vol and page number? She was born, married and divorced in Switzerland, moved to the US about 1930. I believe she had relatives here in the US at the time, possibly her reason for coming alone to the US, but not sure who the relatives were. Her only child a son, came to the US in 1937, now deceased, we met her only once (in the Fall on 1960)and she died soon after 1+ yr. So far I've found her name on the ship logs, city directories and she obtained her US citizenship in the late 1940's.
It is next to impossible to research in Switzerland. I can't read German.
