ah, you've tried everything....if you had the vol and page, you would be able to fill out a slip ASAP at the Vital Stats place, where you pay, etc, etc.....then can get actual volume and look up the record - however, you have to be there.....I want to go at some point but want to be thoroughly organized so I can just fill out volume requisition slips - can do 5 at a time, then wait for book to be brought to you - then can fill out 5 more when you return the books - pain in the butt!! lose lots of time if not organized and have to look up vol and pg - I know it will not be in the near future - probably not til late fall, if then. Feel free to 'remind' me every month or so that you are out there <grin>. In the meantime I have asked a relative w/ a subscription to the New England Genealogical Society to see if a) she still belongs and b) if she get find anything. Will let you know.
