NORTON W. MAACK, 89, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 11, 2001 in Houston. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 62 years, Jewel Maack; daughters, Janet Moore, Arlene Maack, and Ann Smith and husband, John; grandchildren, Howard and Melissa Moore and David and Stephen Smith; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Moore and Madison Smith; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. The family received friends from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m, Sunday August 12, 2001 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2001 in the Chapel of Pat H. Foley Funeral Home with Dr. Jeff Rees officiating. Interment to follow services at Woodlawn Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials made in Norton's memory to Garden Oaks Baptist Church, Foreign Missions Fund, 3206 N. Shepherd, Houston, Texas 77018 (713)864-4447.
