My Maag's come a little later.
My great grand mother Hannah Maag b 18 Aug 1853, d 17 May 1896, m Henry Simon Hoffner 9 Mar 1873. Both Hannah and Henry were from Passyunk Township, Phila. PA.
Hannah was the daughter of John Maag b 1805, d 6 Dec 1891, and Rosanna Springer b 1826 in Roxborough, Phila, PA, Rosanna d 29 Jan 1902.
John and Rosanna had 6 children:
William b 28 Aug 1846
John b 17 Jun 1848
Kate b 29 Aug 1853
George b 27 May 1866
Katherine b 1853
Hannah b 18 Aug 1858
John Maag had a brother William b abt 1808
William had 2 wives Mary then Elizabeth.
William and Mary had two children:
John b abt 1826
Michael b abt 1830
William and Elizabeth had five children:
Charles b 1836
William b 1838
Margaret b 1841
Alice b 1842
Mary b 1844
