Hello - I am fascinated there are so many Maas families out there! Does anyone have record of a Peter Maas from Trier Germany in their lineage? He was my great great grandfather. He brought his family from Trier to America onboard the ship Tigris in 1862, and my family is in close contact with many descendents in Ohio and Nebraska. But, I am sure others are scattered out there we don't know about. If you know of any (or know about other Maases in Trier) please be in touch!
