Dear Jim- All I know about my husband's family is that I have a copy of his grandfather's death certificate. (Raymond Merritt Mabe b. 4Sept.1890 in Tenn. d.8 Oct. 1953 in Madison Co. Ohio)It lists his father as John T. Mabe and his mother as Dora Ryan. I went to your website and found a Thomas and Dora Ryan as being parents of a Raymon (no D) Mabe in the same year but not the same date. Then it lists (John)Thomas's mother as Mary Ann Mabe but no listing for a father.
Do you think this is the same family or just a coincidence? I get so confused when I try to figure out the connection. Do you remember where you got the information from? I would appreciate anything you could tell me. Thanks. Melissa Mabe
