I think I have uncovered a few generation of my family tree. If anyone has information on anyone listed please response. My tree starts with James Henderson Mabe in Stokes County N.C. who married Elizabeth Norton and preceded to have 7 children, best I can tell 1 of which was my great great grandfather Josephus Mabe. From the cenus in KY the most have moved to Hart County,KY from N.C. around 1850-1860. Josephus Mabe had a twin sister named Josephine. Josephus Mabe married Louetta Ash and then came my great grandfather Elias Mabe whom for some reason is listed with his birthday, but his name being Arthur L.? Elias Mabe married Rosa Riggs and lived in Upton,KY. Along came my grandfather Walter Leon Mabe in 1918 and his sister Zula Mabe. The family moved to Louisville,KY and my grandfather married Mary Truman in 1938 and My father Morris Mabe was born in JAN. 1952. I know that we are related to Priddy. One of the aunts married a Man named Priddy. The is a Cemetry in Larue County,KY named Upton Town Cemetry I believe most of my realtives are buried there. I have also been to Josephus Mabe was hung in a barn. There is no date of death or placed listed. If you have any links please help me figure this out.
