Hope it will help some cousins find specific information - there is now a Mabie Family Genealogy Forum. For at least three generations my Mabies have used this spelling. I am surely grateful for all the information on the Mabee and Mabe site, but thought there might be a person just starting out who may not realize that the name was spelled a different way long ago.
