Please enclose your cheque or money order for $99 payable to 'Kathy Hoeldke (The Founding Families Reunion)' and mail with this form before May 1, 2001 to: Kathy Hoeldke, Unit 56, 60 Chisholm Street,

You will receive a registration package by return mail that will include:
a ticket in your name (to present at the motel / conservation park, at the reunion sign-in and welcome reception, all the tours, catered meals, etc.)
a detailed itinerary describing the events for each day of the reunion.
a map showing how to get to Woodstock, and a map of Woodstock with the locations of the motel, conservation park, restaurants, shopping areas and other interesting sites marked on it.

Please note that accommodations are blocks of motel rooms & campground sites set aside for our reunion. You are required to call ahead and reserve your own room / campsite, saying that you are with The Founding Families Reunion. This cost is not covered in the reunion package.
