Dorothy, thanks so much for responding. I had given up on this posting and thought I'd just check back. Yes, I am very interested. I found Elizabeth's grave in Hollywood, but I did not find her husband with her. I did find a John Maben, but his birth date was 1831 and that doesn't fit in with my John, so I am guessing he is a son. Do you have parents of John and other info that I do not know. I know he was married to Elizabeth Moore Campbell on July 18, 1833, but that is about it. My guess was that he was born around 1800, but as I say, that is a guess.
