Not really strange

The Mabberleys of British Columbia are descendants of Ivor Mabberley who emigrated from Swindon, UK. He had 12 children

The Maberleys of Alberta and Nova Scotia are descendants of Alfred Collier Lambert Maberley who came to the Calgary area from South Africa who had 10 children
