The closest I come to that name is William Marshal McKay born Oct 19,1832 death Dec 12, 1938. I am not sure if this person has the middle name of Marshal or Washington because he is listed twice with two different middle names but the same date of birth and death.
He is listed as Great Grandparents to my grandmother.
