Do you think Josephine was married 4 times, even though 1910 census shows only 2 marriages?
If so, her age fits in 1910 and 1920 Carter Co, MO census records..
1-Josephine Chitwood, m. 27 Feb 1887 Carter Co, MO, Marmaduke Mabery
2-Mrs. Josephine Maberry, m. 13 Oct 1897 Carter Co, MO, Henry Mosier
3-bef 1905, ... Stratton
4-Josephine Maberry, m. 8 Dec 1907 Carter Co, MO, M. H. Pruitt

---1910 Census Carter Co, MO, Carter Twp, p. 8, ED 12-7-16 (142-147): Marion Pruitt 44 Farmer (m2-2) b 1866 MO(MO-MO), Josephine Pruitt 41 wife (m2-2, 12 ch 11 living) b 1869 MO(TN-MO), Florra Pruitt 12 dau b 1898 MO(MO-MO), Marie Pruitt 1-3/12 dau b 1909 MO(MO-MO), Thomas Stratton 5 son b 1905 MO(MO-MO).
---1920 Census Carter Co, MO, Carter Twp, p. 219, ED 12-11-53 (205-207): Marion H. Pruitt 56 No occupation b 1864 MO(MO-MO), Josephine Pruitt 52 wife b 1868 MO(MO-MO), Marie E. .Pruitt 11 dau b 1909 MO(MO-MO), Della M. Pruitt 9-2/12 dau b 1911 MO(MO-MO).

In 1900 census with Henry Mosier, she said she had 8 children with 7 living.
In 1910 census (if this is same Josephine), she said she had 12 children with 11 living.

That would mean at least 6 by Marmaduke Maberry (Robt A, James, Alonzo, Della, Perry)
The child that died before 1900, could either be by Maberry or Henry Mosier.
Bessie Mosier, b May 1898 MO.
The four children born between 1900 and 1910:
2 born before 1905, by either Mosier or Stratton?
Thomas Stratton, b 1905 MO
Marie E. Pruitt, b 1909 MO.
Another child born after 1910, Della M. Pruitt, b 1911 MO.

[Flora Pruitt, b 1898 MO, was by Marion H. Pruitt’s first wife. He was found a widower in 1900 Carter Co, MO, Pike Twp, living with his son Austin Pruitt. His daughter Flora was living with his brother’s family in same township in 1900..]

Would be interested in any other information you find for Josephine - such as obit or cemetery listing. Thank you.
