Seeking info on the above, who we believe lived in Gloucester or surrounding counties of VA in the late 1675 to 1725's. Her grand parents were a John and Judith Cook who we know migrated from Amelia to Henry Co, VA in the 1760's, and then to Wilkes Co, GA in the middle of 1770's. He died there in 1780. Robert Buckner and wife sued the estate of John Cook in the early 1790's for promises he made to her when she was an infant.
