Looking for information on Solomon Mabry who was (according to family lore) killed during a duel. Evidently, Solomon had been keeping company with another man's wife.
I'd like to know if the story is true and, if so, where grandpa Solomon is buried. In the family bible, it said he was killed in Shiloh, Texas which isn't on the state map but I know it must be near Brazos County somewhere.
