I can trace my line back to William Richards, born 28 Jan 1742 in King & Queen County, Virginia. He was a captain in the Revolultionary War. He later lived in North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. William died 07 Feb 1836 in Fayette Co, AL.
His first wife was reportedly a Mabry and they had three sons and daughter. But I don't know her first name or anything about her. She apparently died between 1784 when her last child was born and 1799 when William married his second wife, Nancy Mercer in Wilkes County, GA.
Any information on this Mabry would be sincerly appreciated.
