Thanks for the information. However, according to the tree at the link you sent, the Seth Jane Mabrey listed apparently died at birth. I have since located census records for Jefferson County, IL in 1860 and Lawrence County, AK in 1870 that match up with what I already knew about Jane. Her father was James Mabrey, born about 1820 in Tennessee, and her mother was Eliza Jane (last name unknown), also born in Tennessee about 1830.
