Leroy Mabus Jr., my grandfather, is Earl's brother. He is currently living in CA where my father was living as well. Paul my father, did a great deal of work on genealogy, i inherited very little after he died, due to his current wife. Earl and Leroy's mother was Grace (i don't recall her maiden name), and their father was Leroy Mabus Sr.. I believe that you likely met Grace as she spent her last years on the east coast with Earl and his family. I recall having met both Earl and his then wife Mitzie, although i do not recall their children. Leroy Jr and Sr resided in Houston TX for most if not all of their lives. I believe that their family moved from Galveston, TX after the 1900 hurricane, which they survived. I hope this helps, and if you have any futher information, i would be glad to assist you.
