MacARTHUR:
Malcolm John Henderson passed away on August 9, 2001 in Delta Hospital. Malcolm was born on October 9, 1919 in Daysland, Alberta to Malcolm and Lillias MacArthur. He is predeceased by his brothers Don and Dave and his niece Dell. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Edith, Gwen, and Daphne (Ted), his brother Art (Dodie), their families and Don (Lorraine)'s family; his children Brian (Kerry), Jennifer (Graham), Rob (Arleen), Dave (Leslie), Betty (Mike) and their mother Pat; his grandchildren Collin, Bridgit, Hayley and Raeleen; and his friends on both sides of the Rockies through which he truly loved to drive. At his request no formal service will be held but family and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of his life on Friday, August 17, between the hours of 2:00pm and 5:00pm at The Sundance Hall on No. 10 Hwy in Ladner. A special thank you is extended to Dr. Ken Lai for the extra efforts he made to help Dad through some discouraging situations with hope and dignity. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
