Neil and Ivan MacArthur, 1754, Ankrum, New York

Does anyone have any information concerning Ivan and Neil MacArthur and their ancestry and/or descendants? Ivan arrived in America in 1754 with his brother, Neil. Ivan (and probably Neil also, but I'm not certain about that) was indentured to the Ankrum Forge in Ankrum, N.Y. He had 4 sons, whose names I do not have. However, I do know that one of the sons currently has descendants in Charleston, West Virginia, and another son (my ancestor) has descendants in lower New York State. As the Ankrum Forge was apparently a mining/forge operation, and Charleston, W.V. is a mining area, I suspect they came from some area in Scotland where mining was a main activity.
