A Charles Macarthur, seedsman, woodranger, born about 1810, son of an ancestor, went from Cawdor to Wales (I presume with Lord Cawdor who had moved there) and had a large family. Does anyone have any information about these Macarthurs living in Wales? I note these births: Duncan Campbell Macarthur 1861, Caroline 1864, Rosa 1867, Gertrude Mary 1866, Mary Anne 1851, Mary 1849, George Arthur 1855, Elizabeth jane 1854 (she married her cousin John Macgillivray, corn dealer, Surrey and London), Fanny 1859, William 1848, Frederic William 1857, Charles Edward Arthur 1852, Dorothy 1846. Did they marry and emigrate? Jane
