I apologise for the tone of this thread, but it can't be avoided.

I know some of you used to know Donald Macaulay; he used to post here up to around the start of 2003.

He had to stop this, due to his Parkinson's worsening; I will skip to recent events.

On Saturday the 21st June 2008, Donald Macaulay died in hospital due to pneumonia.

The funeral took place earlier today at Manston Church, Crossgates, Leeds.

31 August 1935 - 21 June 2008.

Will be sadly missed, RIP.
