Donald Edward MacKay, Manitoba

Does any one out there have any knowledge about Donald Edward Mackay, 1880's, Winnepeg Manitoba. He was a grain inspector and he had a brother who was a farmer. He was the father of several of my great aunts and uncles. I guess he and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Hall divorced and she took the children with her and married a Mr. Holt.
However, I do have info on one of Mr. MacKay's daughters. She was named Mary Elizabeth Mackay. Every one called her Mamie.
She married Henry Barr around 1920s also of Winnepeg Manitoba. They spent their entire lives in that region.
I would love some help on this by anyone who knows something.
Thanks !!
