Samuel Mackay came in Canada in 1960 with Wolfe and fought in the war against the american in the 1770 to his death in 1779.
I have the complete genealogy of the famely from Samuel and Francis, sons of the general, up to the 1950. I have some transcription of letters from Samuel to complain about Gen Carleton. Samuel ans Francis were born in Hongria while their father was in service under (Marie -Thérèse reine d'Autriche) and participate in tne conquest of Transylvania.
