I am looking for any information or possible rleatives. My father's name was John A. MacKay and son of John MacKay woh worked for Blaw-Knox Co. Blawnox, Pa. Not sure but believe he was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. Also that he may have been adopted. Known facts. Lived as a child at 7041 Willard St. Pittsburgh, Pa. Gratuated from Shadyside Academy, Pgh. Pa. and Kiski College (University) He was a violinist for the Pittsburgh Philharmonica. A 1st Lt. in the Army Reserves, 99th division and also worked in a CCC camp. From what what we have been able to find was that possibly at a CCC camp in Florida as a foreman and that his name was misspelled as McCaa. Anything information or possible relatives will be greatly appreciated.
