Mackay-Evans Book-Look-up

Does anyone have the book on the Mackay-Evans exploration of the Missouri River before Lewis and Clark, c.1796 ? James Mackay surveyed and made maps that Lewis and Clark used. Mackay had been granted much land in the St.Louis and Jefferson Counties areas of Missouri by the Spanish, and there is a "Mackays list" of buyers of his land mentioned in the Land Commissioners records of Missouri. I am hoping this book may give an index of list of buyers,or some of the people he had dealings with at the time. Many Thanks, Al
