I am looking for more information on Hugh McKay born abt 1835 in Scotland. He married Sophia Brown born about 1843 in England. They are found living in Alverstoke in the 1871 Census. He was a Private in the Royal Marines at that time. Children John E. 1864, Sarah S. 1868, Catherine 1869. Sarah and Catherine were born in Bermuda Dockyards. This family later came to Canada in 1876.
