HAPPY GANG

Has anyone heard of the Happy Gang? They were on the CBC from 1937-1959. One of them was CLIFF MACKAY, son of Archie MacKay of Guelph, Ontario, who was a noted local fiddler. I think his father was also Archie, the father of my Elizabeth MacKay who m. Michael Wall.
Archie the elder is said to have died in a house fire.
Cliff is definitely a relative of ours, but I am unsure if he is actually Elizabeth's brother.
I would appreciate any enlightenment you can give me.
Thank you!
Merrilee
