SCLATER_On Monday, February 14, 2005, Viola Pearl Sclater, late of Meadow Lake, Sask., passed away at the age of 91 years. She was born August 25, 1913 to Ben and Myrtle (Fitzpatrick) MacPherson on a farm 10 miles north of Earl Grey, SK in the Butterton District. She was the third of five daughters. In 1921 the family moved to Regina where Viola attended school. She married William Murray Sclater on June 17, 1945. She worked for both Federal and Provincial governments before retiring. She was predeceased by her parents, husband and sisters. She is survived by son William (Jean) of Meadow Lake, SK; daughter Darlene (Michael) Radwanski of Winnipeg, MB; granddaughter Terri Sclater of Meadow Lake, SK; grandsons Michael Sclater of Red Deer, AB, Aaron and Tevin Radwanski of Winnipeg, MB; great grandson Reece Sclater, of Meadow Lake, SK as well as many nieces and nephews. Viola enjoyed her time with family and friends. She was an active gardener and league bowler. She enjoyed knitting and reading and was an active member of the McNabb Unit, Rosemont United Church in Regina until failing health. She will be missed but never forgotten. Cremation has been arranged. A Memorial Service will be held in the summer of 2005. Arrangements are in the care of LEE FUNERAL HOME
