I have a Will that I believe is for Isabella's father in Anson County. I believe it names Teal(s) married to a daughter(s). I live in Colorado so it will be around 9:30 p.m. MST before I will be able to check. With all the McRae families using the same names it is never 100 percent when names match. There are so many McRaes in this county. I believe there were about 28 McRae heads of households living there and listed in the 1820/1830 census records. Most of them lived on/between Jones and Mill Creeks around Morven and Sneedboro Anson County NC. This is in the southeaster corner of the county just north of the border with South Carolina and west of the PeeDee River. (just in case you didn't know)
I also have a Will for a Teal, first name escapes me now, that mentions his children which includes a William. Since I am not familar with the Teals I do not know how they tend to use or reuse first names. I seem to recall that there are several Teal (Teel) families mentioned in the census records and land transactions. I hope this will be a match for you! Must close for now.
Regards,

Bruce
