Hi. Do you know what part of the Black Isle your Alexander Macrae came from, and what were his approx dates? I have worked on "my" Black Isle Killearnan Macraes for many years but from your information there is not enough to go on. The childrens' Christian names you list are not typical of those in my genealogy which suggests that your Alexander may have moved into the Black Isle and had not been a long time resident.
