Descendants of Alexander Macrae b. 1734

I have been digging through family papers and have come across the following:
1. A family bible of Alexander Macrae, born August 1734., a farmer of Wester Kessock (I think)
He goes on to list several children: Donald, (Jan 1762) Munald (june 1764), Alexander (Aug 1766)Margaret (Jan 1769) John (Aug 1771) William (December 1774) Moderisk (May 1777, and Thomas (Nov 1779).

2. Papers written by grandson of Donald (Jan 1762) State that Donald's son John(authors father) was a minister in the church of scotland in Nova Scotia, and suggests that Munald went to Australia.

Further on, John's son mentions his other children as Donald, principal of Morrison's college in Montreal (having spent time at St john's in Newfoundland), and Archie, in Aberdeen after 30 years in India.

I don't know who the author of the above was, or how he fits into my family tree, but would love to know more about any or all of the above
