Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

If you don't already have answers I may be able to help. He was my father. He had brothers and sisters. His father's name was James/Gaelic Seamus. He did not live in Millport, although we had a holiday house there, but mainly in Glasgow. There is a book about him: 'Wise enough to play the fool' by Priscilla Barlow, now out of print but obtainable through dealers - Abe Books, Amazon.

If you let me know who you are and what you want to know I may be able to help further.
