Hello from across the pond! Do you happen to have any information on Malcolm McRae, b. 1803, Applecross, and Margaret McLennan? At the time of their marriage in 1830, Applecross, Malcolm was listed as being from Badral?? (name incomplete - can't read all of village name) and Margaret McLennan (MacLenan on parish register) was listed as being from Balgir(?) (bad handwriting). Any clues at all would be welcome, since I have been unable to trace this couple back any further. Malcolm and Margaret had children born in Scotland by the names of John, James, Roderick, Margaret and Alexander; the family emigrated to Prince Edward Island, Canada, around 1837. Malcolm McRae had a brother, Alexander McRae, married to Ann McDonald, and Margaret could have had siblings by the names of John McLennan and Ann McLennan.

Any information at all will be greatly appreciated!
