MacCray is listed as a sept name of Clan MacRae. My gggrandmother Mary MacCray was listed as born in Scotland and married to a Matthew Lang. They had a Margaret Lang born in Port Arthur, Ontario, Canada in 1878.
Any information on the MacCray sept of Clan MacRae or Mary MacCray would be greatly appreciated. Is there any locality in Scotland which is associated with the MacCray name? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
