Hi All,
I'm trying to get some old Bibles into the right hands so I check ebay once in a while and then check the forums. I don't have any financial interest in any of these, and am not the seller, I just hate to see treasures like this in hands other than family. I saw this Bible on ebay today with some family information in it and thought one of you should have it. Here's the description, the link follows:
"Holy Bible containing the Old & New Testaments ~ Oxford ~ Measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" ~ Written in Script on the first page: Presented to Peter E. Madsen by Papa on Dec. 26, 1904 His 10th Birthday ~ The top cover has splits at the top and bottom ~ Has definately been used ~ But no loose or torn pages ~ Buyer to pay 1.50 shipping.
