Madsen Family in Ludington, MI around 1900

An interesting photo of two men, five women and a girl has been passed down to me. It is from around the turn of the century in Ludington, MI. My grandmother was the daughter of Sophus Petersen who emmigrated to Ludington from Denmark Abt. 1892, before settling in Iowa.

According to my grandmother (who has since passed away), this photo is of Ludington relatives, the Olsens and Madsens. Mr. Olsen was a cousin of Sophus Petersen and his daughter may have been named something like "Swava" or "Swaua". Mrs. Olsen, Mr. Madsen, Mrs. Madsen (who was godmother to my great-aunt), and a Madsen daughter named Margaret are also pictured along with another unknown woman.

If anyone knows of these families please contact me. Thanks.
