I am looking to find information on my great grandfather Frederick. It is believed he was the first male born in Garfield Park in Chicago (thus he was given his middle name) but I have been unable to confirm this information. Also looking for information about his death in 1928, my great aunt has refused to discuss him and since she has recently died I no longer have a source for information about him.
What I do know:
His parents Hans Madsen and Mary (nee Sorenson) came here from Denmark.
He married Jennie Christine Lian on June 4 1910 and they had 9 children.
I have a lot of information on their descendents and would be happy to share this information with anyone interested. Any information about Fred, his parents, siblings and anscestors would be greatly appreciated.
