JAMES J. MAGNUS
James J. Magnus of Mill Creek, Washington passed away on May 17, 2007. Born March 30, 1930 in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
He moved to the Seattle area 1949 and served in the United States Armed Forces from 1952-1954. Jim began working for the Bank of California in 1949 and in 1963 he became a partner in the Wendell-West Company. He formed his own company Omni Group Inc. in 1970 which he presided over until his death.
Survived by his wife CHERI MAGNUS, daughter JILL MILLER, son-in-law RICHARD MILLER of Bellevue, WA., sons TODD J. MAGNUS of Los Angeles, CA, and JEFFREY J. MAGNUS of Edmonds, WA., granddaughters RACHEL and MICHELLE MILLER, Bellevue, WA.
Graveside services May 22, 2007 Acacia Memorial Park, Lake Forest Park, WA. Memorial Service following at the family residence.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Lung Association in his memory.
