Hi John,

My Grandfather was John Mailey from Wigan. He worked on the canal for the early part of his life. His father was Charles Mailey (worked on the canal all his life). I have the Complete family history of Maileys in Wigan. They all come from William Malley, who changed the spelling of his name at some point. The only Maileys in Wigan are related to my family.

My Grandfather has cousins who are still alive (sons of Joseph, see below).

The siblings of my G Grandfather are as follows:

William, John, Jessie, Mary, Charles, James, Jane, Joseph.

Which are you related to?
