Kim,

I am helping my daughter Kim with her homework, She is creating a family tree. Simply by chance I came across this posting. My name is David Mailey. I was born in Ballymena in County Antrim in 1960. My father is William Hugh Mailey. He was born in Cullybackey in 1931. His father was Hugh Mailey who I believe was married to Rose Anne Calderwood. Rose Anne died and my grandfather married Elizabeth Kernohan who was my fathers mother. I'm afraid I can't tell you much more at present. There were 8 children in my fathers household. His brothers Samuel and John ( both deceased) and his sisters Lily, Jean, Doreen and Evelyn. Lily is also deceased. I hope this is of some use.

David Mailey
