Malloy brothers Bernard, Michael and Patrick Ardara Donegal to Ellis Island
Patrick Malloy was the first to emigrate in 1896 followed byMichael 1897 and lastly my greatgrandfather Bernard 1912.
Patrick married and had a family one of his daughters was called Patsy.Michael never married he fought in the Spanish American civil war 1898, when my gr grandfather emigrated in said he was going to stay with his brother Michael Patrick Malloy 2040 N Reese St Philadelphia Pa.The piece of imformation I have for Michael is when my grandfather Peter wrote to him during world war 2 they where published in the Johnson City newspaper and they were known as the Molloy letters.Michael was born in 1874 and died around 1966.Patrick born 1872 died 1964.Their nephew Patrick John Malloyfirst emigrated from Ardara Donegal to Scotland he was born in 1897 and died around 1986 he emigrated to Michigan after ww2 after his wife died he married for the 2nd time in 1964 aged 67years, and lastly my great grandfather died in New York in the 1930s penniless having lost all his money in the wall st crash he had been looked after by nuns they sent some papers home to his wife in Scotland along with his gold watch so I do not know where he is buried but it must have been in New York.If anybody can help me I would be most grateful
