This man Peachy Brooks Malone, has his own page in Malone and Allied Families, Second Edition.I wondered if he got his name from some connection to the Wilkes Co., Ga. Gilmer family as they used the name Peachea in their family...although the source of this name is not known.I did know of researchers of this line and have their addresses as well as some info on Peachey from them.I sure would like to tie him to Drury Malone and Cecily Johnston Malone (not Nance).Drury Malone md. Cecily Johnston/Johnson who is a dau. of Joseph Johnston/Johnson of Lunenburg Co., Va. who died 1762.Cecily had md. by 1771 to Drury Malone, as she is a student in school in 1762 but in 1771 she and her sister Elizabeth Johnston/Johnson md. to Josiah Foster, and Drury Malone all sell land left by will of Joseph Johnston/Johnson to his daughter, Charity. If Charity died without heirs, it to revert to her mother, or her sisters, Cecily and Elizabeth...
Evidentally both Charity and her mother had died by 1771. I have last seen Drury and Cecily in Georgia in 1798.I would love to know with proof their children.
I have done extensive work trying to prove the entire line of Daniel Malone and Sarah (Sullivant) Malone, for over 11 years now.
I have documents of them in Georgia.
