Who is the John H. and E.D. Malone, sureties of the guardianship of orphans of Marandy Clinton Malone in 1861, Clarke Co., Arkansas? The guardian appointed was Marandy's son, William D. Malone. Mirandy's own son John Griffin Malone had died before this time as his brother (William D.) had applied for L/A of his estate-so it is not John, the brother of William D. and Mirandy C. had no sons named E. D. Malone.
